Terms of Sales:
i. Late Fees and Charges: Overdue invoices may incur a late payment fee of 2% from the due date.
ii. Debt Collection: Clients are provided an additional 15 days after the late payment fee is applied to settle the invoice. Failure to pay will result in the outstanding amount being referred to a debt collector.
iii. Claims for Discrepancies: Any claims for discrepancies must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
iv. Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee will be applicable for the return of goods.
v. Ownership of Goods: Goods remain the property of Render Supply Co Pty Ltd until payment has been received in full.
vi. Invoice Reference: Please ensure that the invoice number is used as a reference in the Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) to prevent delays in receiving/commencing your order. We are not liable for any delays arising from incorrect reference numbers.
Note: For all bulky goods deliveries, the buyer is responsible for receiving and offloading the goods. If this is not feasible, an offloading fee will be applied.
